Essential for excellent honing performance
Oil has several functions:
- preserving the abrasive (using DAMEC oil allows savings of up to 30% of the abrasive);
- heat dissipation;
- workpiece lubrication and high cutting capacity.
Characteristics
DAMECOIL 25 is a whole cutting oil made with refined, viscous mineral bases and special chlorine-free, non-nebulizing and non-smoky E.P. additives. It guarantees excellent anti-rust power on the honed parts and on the honing machine itself. It is a product specifically designed for honing and superfinishing operations performed on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

DAMECBIO35 is a dark-coloured cooling lubricant free of mineral oil, boron, chlorine, secondary amines and formaldehyde-donating bactericides. It is emulsifiable in water and consists of synthetic esters, anti-rust and anti-fermentative additives.
Thanks to its special formulation with low environmental and health impact, it has ahigh resistance to bacterial degradation and a low tendency to surface foaming.
DAMECOIL N25 formulated on highly selected mineral bases, chlorine-free with high cooling, cleaning and maintenance capacity for the abrasive stone.
